Roles:

  • Generating sales leads

Responsibilities:

  • Covering the entire territory responsible for.
  • Support in increasing the quality funnel for the territory.
  • Generating qualified leads.
  • Meticulous follow-ups with customers and internal teams.
  • Supporting the team in order closure.
  • Promptly reaching out for support in challenging situations.
  • Playing a vital role in the territory's sales forecast and outcome.
  • Collecting market and competition information from the territory.
  • Controlling of receivables and collection of statutory documents.
  • Support sales promotional activities like technical seminars, presentations and exhibitions in the territory.
  • Collaborating and striving for teamwork.
  • Taking necessary learning wherever required in the best possible way.
  • Adhering to organizational values at all times.

 

Qualification:

  • Graduate Engineer in Mechanical/Chemical preferred.
  • Engineers from other streams like Electrical, Environmental, and Production/Industrial can also be considered if combined with relevant experience.

 

Experience:

  • 4-7 years of experience in Sales/Marketing/Business Development in Industrial products.
  • Must have worked in this territory for at least 1 year.
  • Preference will be given to direct sales experience over dealer sales experience.

 

Specific functional knowledge and skills:

  • Fluid handling products like other pumps, valves, heat exchanges etc.
