Technical Information about the NOTOS® 4NS pump
Our pumps are designed for optimal performance and durability, featuring heavy-duty double herringbone helical gears with oil lubrication to ensure reliable torque transmission. Each pump is equipped with two shafts and four screws, crafted as a single-piece design for maximum stiffness. The hydraulically balanced construction prevents metal-to-metal contact between the screws, significantly reducing maintenance requirements. With a wide range of materials available, including grey cast iron, chrome-nickel steel, duplex, superduplex, and hastelloy, our pumps can be customized to meet specific needs. Additionally, they feature four mechanical seals under suction pressure and offer flexible suction and discharge locations.
