With the mobile rotary lobe pump, the district’s emergency services will now have a powerful and versatile tool – ideal for flood situations, pumping contaminated media or large quantities of water under challenging conditions. The robust TORNADO® mobile rotary lobe pump is designed for flexible outdoor use and impresses with its self-priming capability, ease of operation and maintenance. The pump is mounted on a convenient single-axle trailer. The unit is powered by a robust diesel engine with an output of 14 hp. This allows the pump to be operated easily and independently in various applications without external power sources. The pump is very powerful, with a flow rate of up to 600 litres per minute. Thanks to the positive displacement pump technology, even liquids containing solids such as oil, sand or grass can be pumped without any problems – an essential feature for disaster control, especially during flooding.
