250 năm ấn tượng của NETZSCH: Đây chính là thành tựu mà bảy nhân viên xuất sắc của NETZSCH Pumps & Systems có thể tự hào nhìn lại. Vào cuối tháng 10, lễ vinh danh các nhân viên lâu năm đã kỷ niệm 25 hoặc 40 năm làm việc tại công ty đã diễn ra tại khuôn viên NETZSCH Campus ở Waldkraiburg.
The extraordinary commitment of the celebrants was honoured with a festive programme, numerous guests of honour and celebratory speeches, after which the guests celebrated together.

Festive opening and words of welcome
The celebration began with a champagne reception, which included a selection of appetisers. The festive mood of the evening was already apparent. After the official opening by CEO Andreas Denker, the guests of honour, including Helga, Claudia and Christian Netzsch, the management team, supervisors and the works council were welcomed. Denker emphasised the significant contribution to the success story of NETZSCH. Afterwards, apetito catering, the operator of the Café & Restaurant FELIX, treated the guests to a culinary delight with the starter and main course. While the guests had the opportunity to exchange ideas and enjoy the atmosphere.
Honouring the celebrants and special words of thanks
Afterwards, CFO Jens Heidkötter took the floor to announce the highlight of the evening: The honouring of those celebrating anniversaries. “It is people like you who have made a significant contribution to the success story of NETZSCH through decades of commitment and dedication”, said CFO Jens Heidkötter in recognition of their achievements. “Your experience and tireless efforts have left a lasting mark on our company and continue to drive us forward. Today, we would like to express our thanks to you and our deep appreciation. You are the heart of our success.”
Heribert Etzel, Anton Scharl, Klaus Brosig, Alfred Harwalik and Willibald Rott were honoured for four decades of service at NETZSCH. Christian Alt and Christian Berndl were honoured for their 25 years of loyalty to the company. In addition, 19 colleagues celebrated their tenth anniversary with the global specialist in handling complex media this year. Following the honours, Harwalik gave a speech of thanks on behalf of all those honoured.
Concluding remarks and souvenir photo
After the presentation of certificates, medals, pins, bouquets, and speeches, the official part of the evening ended with a group photo of the celebrants and guests of honour. The evening continued with dessert, a cheese buffet, and delicious cocktails. At the 2024 celebrants' party, people celebrated and laughed until after midnight.
