A day full of inspiration at NETZSCH in Waldkraiburg

Part of the empowerMINT programme involves visiting various companies to provide practical insights into the world of technology. Ten female students from the Altötting and Burghausen area, aged 16 and 17, were guests at NETZSCH Waldkraiburg. The day at the global specialist for handling complex media began with a company presentation and a tour of the plant, giving the students an insight into the technical processes and apprenticeships in the company. Afterwards, they were able to prove their manual skills in the vocational training workshop and produce their own workpiece. During lunch with personnel management, the trainers, and female employees from technical fields, open questions were answered, and experiences were exchanged. The students gained insights into everyday working life and inspiration for their professional future.

The participation in MINTnetz18+ and empowerMINT underlines ones again NETZSCH's commitment to promoting young skilled workers.
