NEMO® BH Mini Hygienic Pump Construction
The NEMO® BH Mini hygienic Progressing Cavity Pump has pumping elements which are the Rotorrotor,Rotors,rotorsrotor made with compliant materials and finely polished surface and Stator which is an elastomer compliant to FDA Standards for sanitary applications.
The pump has a flexible rod that transfers power from the drive to the rotating part of the pumping elements. It is corrosion-resistant, has no intermediate connections, and hence no crevices.
The suction and discharge housings are of specific design to ensure smooth flow and avoid settling of the liquid medium in any dead spots or crevices. The surfaces are polished to meet the application demand. The end connections are with options to provide hygienic connections. The pump is also equipped CIP able construction.
The shaft seal is in the flow path of the liquid and is wetted and lubricated with the process liquid. The pump is equipped with food industry-compliant mechanical seals for reliability and safety.
